In this guided, small group experience, you will design an end-to-end business development process from first customer awareness to turning clients into raving fans. Participants will leave with a complete Sales Machine Playbook, ready to implement with their team.

Program Structure: Five, 3-hour group working sessions + optional office hours. Gain templates, peer feedback, and between-session assignments.

Learn how to measure everything you’ve created. We’ll map your lead tracking system, outline follow-up workflows, and look at what reporting and automation you actually need (and what you don’t).

The sessions will include a specific topic with the sessions building upon each other. For this reason, if you can’t commit to attending each session please apply once your schedule allows. Pre-work should be expected for each meeting. Completing the pre-work will be important to making the most out of each session topic.
